Account & Billing

• Free accounts include 3 presentations per month.
• Pro accounts ($7/month or $60/year) include unlimited presentations.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account settings.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using Deckchat.ai. We claim no ownership over your presentations.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Deckchat.ai to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability

Data Advantage LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
